Schedule and Compensation
As a Remote Collector, you will enjoy a flexible, hybrid remote arrangement that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. Our standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Your compensation will include a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, plus commission, providing a lucrative opportunity for growth and success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Remote Collector, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making collection calls and correspondence in a goal-oriented collections department
- Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts to ensure timely payments and reduced delinquency
- Communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and negotiate payment plans
- Processing payments and updating the status of accounts in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborating with other Collections Department staff and UBH teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Maintaining reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Collections experience, preferably in a goal-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
- Ability to type on a computer for a large portion of the day
- Ability to make and receive phone calls to and from customers
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience with collections software and systems
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing collections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
