Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch remote IT support to a large retail client, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to point-of-sale devices and other IT equipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote IT support to retail clients, addressing technical issues and queries in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum internet connection of 20MB, with a reliable and stable internet connection to support remote work
