Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound fundraising and sales calls to customers on behalf of our clients
• Take orders and sell products and services to customers
• Work in a blended inbound/outbound call center environment, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Provide customer-focused work, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Meet sales and fundraising targets, with opportunities for bonuses and rewards

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems
• A willingness to learn and take ownership of your work
• A dedicated quiet workspace, free from distractions
• Exceptional conversational skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
• The ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Fluency in French (or other languages) - we have a current need for agents who can hold conversations in French
• Previous experience in sales or fundraising
• Experience working in a call center environment

• A webcam, external speakers or sound on your computer, and an external wired mouse
• A USB wired headset, with a single USB connection
