Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing customer success metrics and executing account strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, leveraging tools like Zoom and other video conferencing platforms
  • Scheduling and attending virtual meetings with clients, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
  • Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps to deliver customer renewals
  • Presenting various benefits programs to families, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts
