Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our analytics team, you will collaborate with business partners to shape the analytics strategy and address business priorities through predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric analysis. You'll own and manage an analytics workstream, leading other analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products. Your expertise in data analysis, programming, and communication will help drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to shape the analytics strategy and address business priorities through predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric analysis.
• Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading other analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products.
• Use robust data and algorithms to recommend approaches, examine problems, detect patterns, and propose solutions.
• Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve complex business problems using advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses.
• Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to communicate analytics results and solutions to business partners and stakeholders.
• Utilize strong programming skills to explore, examine, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant analytic experience
• Experience programming using R or Python
• Experience in SQL
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrates strong potential to communicate technical ideas and implications to business partners
• Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
• Demonstrates skill ability in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, and in-depth specialization in a few areas
• Master's degree or PhD preferred.
