Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working 8 hours a day. As a remote customer service professional, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert assistance to ensure a seamless travel experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading airline and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, welcome, and advise customers, labeling and handling their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare tickets, determine admissions, and provide routing to ensure travelers' movement needs are met.
  • Collaborate with customers in a kind and helpful way to create significant experiences and build customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Anticipate and address customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of accountability when issues arise.
  • Work with a security mindset by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift, as well as lift and handle luggage.
  • Ability to travel to different countries for training purposes.
  • Capacity to work any shift assigned within a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship.
  • Ability to meet Company membership guidelines and uniform and appearance standards.
  • Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous airline, travel, or hospitality work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
