Additional Responsibilities

• Document and Report Issues Identify, document, and report software bugs or usability issues to the development team.
• Create and Update Support Resources Assist in writing or updating FAQs, help articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist with Onboarding Guide new users through the initial setup and features of the software.
• Provide Feedback Offer insights and recommendations to improve software usability based on customer interactions.
• Follow Up with Customers Ensure customer issues are resolved by following up and confirming satisfaction.
• Escalate Complex Issues Identify and escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain Customer Records Accurately document interactions, feedback, and troubleshooting steps taken in a CRM or internal system.
• Stay Updated on Product Changes Keep up with software updates and new features to provide accurate support.
• Collaborate with Teams Work closely with developers, designers, and managers to improve user experience and product functionality.
