As an Entry-Level Customer Support Chat Agent, you will be responsible for managing incoming live chat inquiries on our websites and social media platforms. This role offers a flexible contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work on your own schedule, and a competitive hourly rate of $35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming live chat inquiries on websites and social media platforms, responding to both support and sales-related questions.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every interaction.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:
