About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As the front-line of the HireVue experience, you will be responsible for resolving customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat, while providing a positive and encouraging interaction. This is an early career professional role with immense potential for growth within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and effective manner.
  • Complete projects assigned by the Support Manager, and identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the HireVue system.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, and complete call logs and reports as required.
  • Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends/issues in customer calls, and recommend process improvements.
  • Be an expert in the HireVue platform, helping customers and their candidates understand the value of our technology.
  • Document and manage cases for each Support interaction, and identify and communicate support process and product improvements.
  • Delight each contact with positive and encouraging interactions, exemplifying customer obsession.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, depending on the shift requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and candidates.
  • A positive attitude and drive to always be improving, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Expert reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient with technology, able to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with experience in a technical support role being a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be resourceful, with experience using Salesforce or another CRM being preferred.
  • US Citizenship is required to work in this position.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous:

  • Experience communicating with customers, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with HireVue's products and services, or experience in the talent experience industry.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
