About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team at United Airlines. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize computer systems and technology to manage customer interactions, including booking and checking-in passengers, handling baggage claims, and processing payments

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer systems and technology, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the airline industry
  • Knowledge of airline operations, including flight schedules, ticketing, and travel requirements
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups, including passengers with disabilities and special needs
