As a Junior Test Prep Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping high school students achieve their college dreams by delivering our mastery-based ACT/SAT curriculum in person at schools across the South and Southeast regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach engaging and impactful in-person lessons using MasteryPrep's curriculum for standardized exams like the ACT and SAT.
• Inspire and motivate students with dynamic and interactive presentations that bring test prep content to life.
• Cover a variety of subject areas, focusing on specific strategies that are proven to help students succeed.
• Travel to various high schools in your area for in-person instruction, with all travel accommodations provided by MasteryPrep.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate – all majors).
• Minimum ACT score of 26 or SAT score of 1200.
• Engaging and dynamic presentation style, comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm for education, and a desire to make a difference.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to attend training sessions starting in October (paid) and deliver instruction starting in January/February.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person instruction.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Currently residing in TX, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, NC, or SC.
• Compassion for all learners, including those from diverse backgrounds and with different learning styles.
• Deep belief in the potential of all students and a passion for MasteryPrep's mission.
