Job Summary

As an entry-level remote data entry specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure that they accurately reflect the Aetna enrollment package records. This will involve working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions of the company, identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility between systems, and monitoring and tracking records. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide green resolutions to problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions of the company
• Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports
• Reconcile eligibility between systems
• Monitor and track records
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide green resolutions to problems
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent verbal, trouble-shooting, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
