As a Financial Consultant, you'll play a critical role in cultivating client relationships and providing education and assistance on personal Retirement Accounts. You'll work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success. Primary Job Responsibilities

* Demonstrates expertise in areas of investments, markets, finance, and economic conditions with the ability to refer investment and retirement solutions

• Acts as primary support person for internal and external clients, supporting clients by answering questions and solving problems; transactional and navigational support
• Provides benefit event information regarding personal Retirement Accounts
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Stays up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and applies this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions and services

Desired Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. finance, business, economics)

• Prior experience in the brokerage industry or a related field (e.g. banking, finance)
• Demonstrated customer service/sales experience, with a proven track record of success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of banking products, policies, and procedures; within a call center environment
