Job Summary

As an entry-level financial advisor at Workwarp, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in financial planning, wealth management, and client relationships. You will work closely with our experienced team to identify and secure new clients, gather and assess financial information, and provide strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations to support clients' progress toward their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions

• Gather and assess each client's financial information to accurately determine factors including financial status, cash flow, monetary expectations, financial goals, retirement plans, and additional factors related to wealth management
• Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities
• Support clients' progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations
• Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Essential Qualifications

* Stellar communication and math skills, complemented by a proven track record of building strong client relationships

• Basic knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs
• Baseline knowledge about financial industry concepts, financial products, and the role of a financial advisor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial services industry or a related field

• Certification in financial planning or a related field (e.g., CFP, CFA)
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning software and tools
