Key Responsibilities

As a Swiss CNC Machinist Programmer, you'll play a critical role in our production process, responsible for setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes to produce high-quality parts and components
• Inspecting finished products using various precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality
• Programming Swiss CNC machines to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience programming Swiss CNC machines
• A solid work history, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic
• US citizenship or possession of a green card
• Residence within 45 minutes of our New Lisbon, Wisconsin location

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working with modern Swiss CNC machines, such as those manufactured by Tornos or Star
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools and techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
