Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute training programs within the Fulfillment Site, including new hire onboarding, job-specific training, and ongoing development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with Wayfair's values.
• Develop and deliver training content, curricula, and materials that cater to the needs of our diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, design solutions, and measure effectiveness.
• Manage and develop a team of training associates, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with site leadership to drive business outcomes, improve processes, and enhance overall performance.
• Analyze training metrics and data to inform program improvements and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead various training initiatives, including but not limited to: associate onboarding, safety training, quality and compliance training, and leadership development programs.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Training Supervisor at Wayfair, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a training or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong self-motivation and discipline.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment, preferably in a leadership or training role.
• Certification in a related field, such as training and development or operations management.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
