Role: Desktop Engineer
Location: Remote
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Broadcast industry knowledge a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning skills
- At least five years troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers and common Windows applications
- Extensive hardware knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 11 operating system and Mac OS X
- Extensive knowledge of Systems Managements Tools like Microsoft Intune, Quest Kace, Filewave and JAMF
- Experience with managing wireless devices using Microsoft Intune
- Broad knowledge of software package deployment
- Working knowledge of several recent versions of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Active Directory Account Management
- Experience with evaluating and applying Security Patches for operating systems and standard desktop applications
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply management expertise to facilitate technology solutions to business problems.
