Role: Solutions/Data Architect (HCM)

About the Role: Our client is building a global HR Data Hub to integrate data from multiple HCM systems used across different countries. The platform will support downstream systems and reporting via PowerBI.
Key Responsibilities
Design a conformed HR data model considering reporting needs and regulations (GDPR, etc.)
Architect ETL processes and storage using Azure Fabric and Databricks
Define data extraction, APIs, and interfaces for data consumption
Lead rollout strategy and guide implementation, testing, and deployment
Requirements
Proven architecture experience in HCM data projects
Hands-on with Azure and Databricks at the architecture level
Experience with Workday and HR data regulations across countries
Expertise in ETL design patterns and handling multiple data sources
Azure Architect certification (AZ-305) is a plus
