Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Resin Handler to join their team. As a Resin Handler, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Resin Handler Location: Turtle Lake, WI Shift: 2-2-3 schedule, 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am What's the Job? - Forklift operation - Delegate duties as instructed by the Supervisor and supervise operations within the department. - Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to coach, mentor, and lead a team. - Perform troubleshooting and assist with corrective actions to resolve issues. - Communicate effectively with production and other support departments to ensure smooth operations. What's Needed? - High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required. - 2+ years of experience in the Resin department is ideal. - Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well with others. - Professional and tactful communication skills are required. - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Email, Google Sheets, and other applications.
