Project Manager - Laserfiche Document Management - Allwyn Corporation

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of the Laserfiche Document Management System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing document management or content management system (CMS) projects, preferably within the public sector or regulated industries. This role involves cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Laserfiche implementation and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and ensure milestones are met.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and retention policies.
• Facilitate integration with existing systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) where necessary.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships related to the Laserfiche platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects involving Laserfiche.
• 7+ years of overall experience in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of document lifecycle, workflow automation, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
