Experience: 15-20 years in IT, with 10+ years in financial services (preferably insurance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Onshore Lead with a strong background in IT, financial services, and cloud technologies. This role involves leading the development and deployment of advanced AI/GenAI solutions, driving customer engagement, and managing AI initiatives across teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, including RAG, Multimodal data processing, and Agentic AI, with hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI strategies in financial services (preferably insurance).

Drive customer-facing discussions, presentations, and solutioning.

Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for scalable AI solutions.

Apply AI/GenAI techniques to real-world business problems, particularly in ML/NLP, RAG, and Agentic AI.

Requirements

Qualifications:

15-20 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years in financial services, preferably insurance.

2+ years of experience in GenAI technologies and building AI/GenAI solutions.

Strong understanding of ML/NLP, RAG, Multimodal data processing, and Agentic AI techniques.

Proven track record in customer-facing roles with strong presentation skills.

Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

Preferred:

Strong leadership and strategic vision for AI implementation in large-scale enterprises.
