Hourly Rate: $23 USD per hour (depending on experience and seniority)

We are looking for a Senior Virtual Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support C-level management. This is a long-term, stable role offering 2 to 4 hours of consistent work daily, Monday through Friday — ideal for someone seeking a steady, ongoing income and role.

Key Requirements:

You must be based in the United Kingdom. Please do not apply if you are not based in the UK. Perfect written and verbal English. Senior-level EA/PA experience, ideally supporting C-level executives. Background in finance, banking, or legal will be highly preferred. Strong reliability, punctuality, and consistency — we value professionals who always show up on time and are dependable. Immediate availability for 2–4 hours per day, every weekday.

Preferred Experience:

Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive) DocuSign Calendly Recruitment or HR software tools
