Our partner is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing team at their manufacturing facility in the USA. This role focuses on sales of chemical raw materials, fine chemical equipment, and packaging solutions for the company’s North Fourth Factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overseas sales strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers through online channels, industry exhibitions, and direct visits, while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
• Analyze global paper industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
• Provide expert sales and technical support for paper auxiliaries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from order execution to logistics and after-sales service, ensuring timely delivery and customer retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, legal) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, manage receivables, and reduce financial risk.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analyses, and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the paper industry or chemical products (e.g., paper additives, specialty chemicals).
• Strong understanding of the European chemical additives market.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
