Lead Accountant (Financial Systems & Process Optimization)

• Overseeing all aspects of global accounting, from financial management to internal controls, driving continuous enhancement.

• Championing the full implementation and localization of NetSuite ERP, ensuring its optimal configuration for streamlined financial processes.

• Spearheading initiatives to boost operational efficiency, focusing on workflow design and process optimization.

• Developing and empowering the accounting team, aligning resources with business needs and fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

• Driving a culture of continuous improvement within financial processes and systems to maximize efficiency and data accuracy.

• Establishing standardized operating procedures and managing critical system integrations (NetSuite, Salesforce, Deel, Payhawk) for seamless data flow.

• Ensuring the ERP system's adherence to all regional statutory and regulatory requirements through meticulous configuration and localization.

Requirements

• Solid experience with cloud ERP system Netsuite.

• Experience in an international environment working with a group of companies, overseeing work performed by local business partners and/or service providers in different jurisdictions.

• Strong understanding of finance business processes and requirements including major areas of accounting (GL/AR/AP), fixed assets, consolidation, period close processes and financial reporting, IFRS.

• Ability to solve operational issues independently.

• A proactive personality with a strong drive for continuous improvement and personal accountability.

• Fluency in English.

Salary Range: 45,600 - 65,600 EUR gross/yearly. The final offer will depend on experience and competencies.
