Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Veeco is seeking a talented Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. The role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing their cloud environments, with a primary focus on AWS. The engineer will provide technical expertise for various projects, manage relationships with managed service providers, and play a critical role in maintaining and upgrading their cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or similar role
- AWS certifications
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Experience working with managed service providers
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Extensive knowledge of cloud computing technologies and trends
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with peers, developers, engineers, managers, and leadership
