Requirements
- 7+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of technical domains, with experience sourcing ML talent, backend/front-end/full-stack engineers, and niche AI roles
- Exceptional communicator, able to pitch hard-to-reach talent and sync with execs
- Resilient and resourceful, able to make progress even when facing ambiguity or limited direction
- Zero-to-one operator, able to thrive in ambiguity and build systems from scratch
