Paralegal

The Paralegal role is responsible for achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility in support of TNL sales, marketing, and business operations. The role requires an understanding of legal research, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Paralegal Degree or Certificate or Legal Assistant certificate (legal experience may substitute)
  • 2+ years of working experience in a legal setting or similar experience required
  • Advanced ability to research, analyze and apply Statutes, Codes and Rules applicable to TNL products
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must have strong written and communication skills
  • Timeshare regime, drafting and recording knowledge helpful
  • Hospitality and/or property management experience a plus
  • Real estate and/or title experience a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
